Rough Prototype of
the Metra Stress Reducer [MSR]
The Problem To Be Solved:

Stress takes many forms and can affect every part of a person's life. It can include effects such as anxiety, sadness, loss of appetite or weight gain, nervousness, sleep problems, anger, confusion, fear, exhaustion, etc. Stress is also known to play a major role in the development of illnesses and diseases.

Yet stress actually begins with physical changes that take place in the body, including a person's adrenaline rising, the heart racing, the muscles constricting, and breathing that becomes labored.

The Metra Stress Reducer [MSR] TM

The Metra Stress Reducer [MSR] TM is a breakthrough invention for self-treatment to relieve stress and anxiety. The MSRTM is hand-held and quickly reduces symptoms of stress and anxiety i.e. clears the mind, reduces the heartrate, approximates the calmest part of the awakened brain, and relaxes tight muscles and sore limbs.

The MSRTM is a small and portable device that can be used anywhere and features a flexible mount with straps for putting around the neck or over the shoulder, as well as a belt clip-on, a car phone jack and car dash mount. It also includes a jack for earphones so that you don't distract anyone near you, so that it can be easily used in the office.

The MSRTM is very beneficial for those who cannot take medication, such as pregnant women or people with allergies.

The MSRTM is very useful for athletic activities such as in controlling gait, and assisting agitation while taking a walk [or pacing].
